Embrace the fullness of your Self.
Emily is a Vedic meditation teacher based in Newcastle, New South Wales. For the past few years, she has studied with custodians of Vedic knowledge in both India and Australia as part of the Shankaracharya tradition/lineage.
She is passionate about integrating and embodying the Vedic knowledge, to live a full and meaningful life. A life in alignment with the cycles and rhythms of Nature.
Emily has a friendly and open style of teaching where all questions and experiences are welcome. She sees a lot of value in community, and loves to cultivate environments where everyone feels valued, safe and supported.
“Vedic meditation has invoked so much depth and richness within my life. Through consistent practise, I have found peace, wholeness and fulfilment within myself. And so I don’t need to look for these things in other people, places or things anymore... I can let go.” — Emily

We acknowledge the traditional custodians on whose lands we work, live and learn. We pay our deepest respects to Indigenous elders past and present, and recognise that they have never ceded sovereignty. We also express deep gratitude to our Shankaracharya lineage, the source from which this Vedic wisdom flows. To those who have been caretakers of this knowledge and tradition we say ‘Jai Guru Deva’.
